Honey Mustard Glaze
1 tablespoon seeded mustard
2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1-2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup water
Add all the the ingredients to same pan as chicken was cooked in, heat until sauce starts to thicken, add chicken breast back to pan to coat chicken with the glaze.
Serve with vegetables and rice.
