Sausage Hotpot

Combine 8 thick beef sausages, a 425g can of four-bean mix, a 575g jar of tomato pasta sauce and 1 tsp of mixed fresh herbs in a shallow casserole. Cover and bake at 180C for 1 hour. Remove cover, sprinkle with 1 cup of grated cheese and bake for 10 min. Serve with pasta.
