Stir-fry Beef with Capsicum

Combine 750g of beef strips, 1/4 cup each of oyster sauce and teriyaki marinade. Stand for 10 min. Heat a little oil in a wok and cook beef until brown. Add 2 chopped capsicums. Stir in 1/2 cup beef stock, blended with 1 tblsp cornflour. Cook for 3 min. Serve with rice.
