Very yummy served with pasta and Sour Cream and Parmesan Sauce
750g Brussels Sprouts, peeled if necessary
125g bacon, chopped and fried until crisp.
Squeeze lemon juice
25gm Butter
Steam/boil sprouts for ten minutes or until tender . Add them to pan with fried bacon, turn to high and add lemon juice and butter, stirring until butter has melted. Serve in warmed serving dish.
